Ranau

Hey peeps, today im going to tell you about Ranau. Ranau is Situated in the West Coast division of Sabah, the hilly district of Ranau is located 1, 176 meters above sea level. It is inhabited by an almost entirely Dusun ethnic community and is on the highway connecting Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan. Just 20 kilometers away from Kinabalu Park, it is one of the gateways to the National Park, Poring Hot Springs, and Sabah Tea Garden.

Kundasang, home of the luminous Mount Kinabalu lies in Ranau. Ranau was also the terminus of the notorious Sandakan Death March during the World War II. The Kundasang War Memorial serves to commemorate the sacrifices and bravery of the fallen heroes. i've been to mount Kinabalu last year, i was 16th. it was really fun but it was so dissapointing because i dont made it to the top, it was so cold, it's raining if only i bring my raincoat. huhuhuhu, btw, sa boleh tgok Mount kinabalu whenever i want, Di sekolah, Rumah except when it rains. jangan jeles :p hehehe. one more thing I’m amazed by the people carrying things like foods, tank and lots to the laban Rata. here' some simple yang amat punya pictures (not mine).
